You may wish to consider NATMAP Digital Maps 2008 which provides raster images of Geoscience's 1:250, 000 scale maps covering the whole of Australia. Approx 518 maps. Complete with viewer and search utility. Suitable for use with Oziexplorer. A$99 for the 2 DVD set. Map files for Ozi for both these sets are available here.

If  you want more detail you may want to look at TOPOVIEW Raster 2006 from NSW Land Property and Information (LPI) which provides full coverage of NSW on a series of 2 DVDs. Map scales vary from 1:25,000 through 1:100,000 depending on area. Raster images suitable for use with OziExplorer. A$269
